Q. I’m below the shows listed age restriction! Can I still attend? What if I’m with a guardian?

A. Sorry, we cannot make any exception to our listed age restrictions.

Q. Do I need an ID if I’m under 21?

A. ALL age restricted shows require a valid government issued ID. No exceptions.

Q. I’d like to grab some food before the show, can I reserve a table?

A. Seating is first come first serve. We recommend dropping in early to grab a bite to eat. Food service is open in the bar/restaurant daily until midnight.

Q. Is Beat Kitchen Accessible?

Q. I bought a ticket, but now I wanna sell it!

A. Tickets are non-transferrable, but exceptions can always be made for unforeseen circumstances. Please email us at

Q. I drank too much and forgot my credit card / phone / wallet at the bar!

A. Drop on in during our normal business hours, we’ve got you.

Q. I’d like to bring my camera and photograph the band playing. Is that cool?

A. Although we do not have a camera policy, the bands typically will have a camera policy. Generally cell phones and amateur cameras are fine, but professional cameras will need to be cleared. Drop us a line at to confirm the bands policy.

Q. What’s the skinny on parking / public transit?

A. There is plenty of free street parking in the area. Be wary of parking on Belmont Ave. during rush  hour periods. See the posted signs for particulars. We’re conveniently located off the Belmont bus or a block west of the Damen bus or a few blocks east of the Western bus.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the venue?

A. We do not have physical tickets. You can purchase your tickets online.

Q. A show is listed as sold out, can I still get tickets?

A. We do not release additional tickets to sold out shows.

Q. I have a ticketing issue, need to change my will call name, lost my tickets.
