MAGGIE JO SAYLOR
Maggie Jo has been calling contra dances since she was fifteen, and contra dancing since she can remember. Incorporating her theatre and improv training into her calling, she brings a unique, youthful energy and enthusiasm to any dance. She's an in-demand caller at local dances and dance weekends all over the country, including Queer Contra Chicago, Asheville's Summer Soiree, LEAF, and Vermont's Youth Dance Weekend.

Sean Colledge and friends put on the hottest cajun dance party in Chicago, featuring traditional cajun songs, two-steps and waltzes. 
 
This event is presented by the Midwest Sing & Stomp, an annual festival bringing together the region’s many traditional music communities, for an all-day, nonstop celebration of folk music and dance in Chicago. Save the date for the 2019 fest: September 14th!
